Fidvela is designed to collect the documents for each deal, check them, and prepare the package and a cover report for your team to approve. Your team sends the package to the lender from your own system, as today.
For the people who receive and process deals.
Fidvela is designed to receive the deals brokers send, check each one against your own checklist, ask the broker for what is missing and follow up. Your underwriter receives a complete file with a cover report and makes every credit decision.
Every action is recorded, with its evidence and the person who approved it. Fidvela makes no credit decision and files no report. Read governance and security
